How many people can Casa La Mariposa accommodate?
The holiday home sleeps a maximum of 5 people. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and one with a double bed plus a single loft bed, also with its own bathroom. A free baby cot is available.
How far is the beach?
The beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura and La Mata are about 10 to 15 minutes' drive from the house (around 8-10 km).
How far is the airport?
Alicante Airport (ALC) is about a 40-minute drive away (around 45 km). Murcia Corvera Airport (RMU) is also an option, at about 45 minutes' drive.
How much does a stay cost?
The rental price ranges from €675 to €1200 per week, depending on the season. Outside July and August, midweek stays (from €400) and single nights (from €100) are also possible. Book directly through our website and you'll get a 5% discount on the total amount.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, the apartment looks directly out over the large communal pool of the small residence (20 apartments).
Is the house suitable for children?
Absolutely! A baby cot, high chair, toys and games are available free of charge. The pool and the enclosed garden make it extra fun for families.
Is there WiFi and air conditioning?
Yes, there is fast WiFi in the house and in the garden, and air conditioning in every room (cooling in summer, heating in winter). All rooms also have a Smart TV.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is a private parking space just 5 metres from the apartment.
What costs come on top of the rental price?
The cleaning fee is €125 per stay and the mandatory linen package (beds made up and towels) costs €17.50 per person. You also pay a €450 deposit, which is refunded after your stay.
