Booking
Deposit
When you rent our holiday home, you pay a €450 deposit. If we find significant damage, it will be deducted from your deposit. If you leave the house neat and tidy, the deposit is refunded within 10 days after check-out, once the host has inspected the property.
Mandatory extras
The beds are made up for you on arrival and the towels are laid out ready. The cost for this is €17.50 p.p.
Each guest always receives one linen package: a small and a large towel p.p., a guest towel per bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
The cleaning fee is €125 per stay.
For stays longer than 2 weeks, an extra cleaning is mandatory, so the property is checked every 2 weeks.
Baby
You can use the cot and high chair free of charge. Would you like bed linen for the cot? This costs €10 for use and laundry service afterwards.
Energy usage
Electricity and water are included in the rental price. You may use 110 kWh per week. If you use more energy, you pay an extra €0.40 per kWh, which is deducted from your deposit.
Optional
Beach towels can be booked as an optional extra at €12.50 p.p.
Late-night arrival surcharge: €50.
